Complaints Service

We offer an in-house complaints service and aim to resolve all complaints. All complaints should be adddressed to our complaints manager Mark Hanlon.

Complaints may be received either in person, by post or by email to info@hexhamdentalclinic.com.

If you are not satisfied by how your complaint has been handled you can contact one of the following:
